Start Up Package (3 Sessions)

3 Individual Counselling Sessions. Specifically targeting anxiety-related concerns, this package offers a structured approach to managing anxiety symptoms and provides individuals with practical tools and strategies to reduce anxiety and regain a sense of calm. Valid for 3 months. One time use.

Anxiety & Worry Support (3 Sessions)

A supportive programme for children and teens with ADHD or attention difficulties, focusing on emotional regulation, organisation, focus skills, and confidence.

ADHD & Focus Skills (4 Sessions)

A screening consultation to explore attention, focus, and behavioural patterns in children or teens. Includes parent discussion, behavioural screening tools, and guidance on next steps or support strategies.

A supportive programme for mothers to explore emotional wellbeing, manage stress, and reconnect with themselves while navigating the challenges of parenting.

A targeted support package helping children develop emotional awareness, self-regulation skills, and healthy coping strategies.

Emotions Regulation for Kids & Teens (4 Sessions)

RM280 per couple. Therapy sessions for married and unmarried couples who are facing obstacles in their relationships.  Our couples therapy is designed to provide a safe and constructive space for couples to navigate challenges, improve communication, and deepen their connection. Our therapists specialize in working with couples, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address relationship issues and promote lasting change.

Couples' Counselling (In-Person)

Session fees for individual sessions. Individuals include kids, teens, women and parents only. 

International clients: USD120/hour. (2026 pricing)

Online Individual Counselling (International Clients)

Our wellbeing support calls offer emotional validation and practical guidance. By providing this accessible and compassionate support, we aim to enhance emotional well-being, promote coping skills, and empower individuals to navigate their challenges with resilience and strength. Scheduling can be done as early as an hour prior, or if the call volumes are high then there will be a waiting time which will be stated by our team.

Wellbeing Support Call

Our comprehensive screening process is designed to assess your emotional well-being and identify potential mental health concerns. Our skilled professionals utilize evidence-based screening tools to analyze various factors, including mood, anxiety, and stress levels. The screening helps us understand your unique needs, enabling us to create personalized interventions tailored to your specific challenges. This screening can be especially helpful to individuals who have been feeling emotionally unwell lately, gone through a stressful situation and would like to gauge their emotional health through seeking a therapist consultation but unsure about whether therapy is for you. The mental health screening lasts for 45 minutes, and is conducted online and in person

Our BetterMind therapy packages offer structured and comprehensive services tailored to specific needs, providing a clear outline of what clients can expect from their counseling experience. Consistency Package (3 Sessions)

Our support group offers a nurturing environment where mothers can discuss challenges, find guidance, and build a strong support network. Together, we'll navigate the beautiful yet demanding journey of motherhood. Join us today to discover the strength in unity. This Support group is held every Sunday at 5pm.

Mothers' Support Group

(Hybrid: Online or in-person). A supportive programme helping teens build self-confidence, emotional awareness, and a stronger sense of identity while navigating friendships, pressure, and growing independence.

Teen Confidence & Identity (4 Sessions)

Our 180Counselling is to ensure that at BetterMind we also offer counselling services at a more affordable rate of RM180 to individuals from lower-income groups.  Our commitment to ensuring we also provide low-cost counselling reflects our passion to creating a positive impact and making a difference in people's lives. Individuals with an income of less than RM2,100 can book a session with us.

Individual therapy involves one-on-one sessions with a therapist in a safe space. Our personalized approach focuses on your unique needs and concerns. Our skilled counselors work collaboratively with you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, aiming to foster self-discovery and personal growth. Through a confidential and supportive environment, we address various issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions, to name some areas of expertise.

There's no pressure to commit to therapy—it's an opportunity for you to make an informed decision based on your needs and comfort level. This brief session allows you to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and get a sense of how counseling can benefit you. Use this opportunity to share your challenges and goals and our counsellors are here to listen attentively and provide initial insights into how counseling can support you on your journey to emotional well-being. This is a good opportunity for the therapist to get to know what you’re looking for in therapy and whether the therapist is qualified to meet this.
